Who are the stakeholders that you would reach out to first to develop a technology integration plan? Try to be as inclusive as you can.
When developing a technology integration plan, it is essential to understand who the stakeholders are and why they are fundamental to integrating the technology plan. The stakeholders I would like to reach out to would be the administrators and school board members within my current district.
How might technology integration be aligned with current projects or goals in your community, school, or organization?
The technology integration is important to be aligned with current projects or goals in the community, school, or organization because it serves a purpose and is relevant. The district's goals are 6 components of the journey of a graduate.

How would you structure opportunities or take advantage of current practices to learn together and build capacity to implement the plan?
I think it is beneficial to structure opportunities to take advantage of current practices and learn and build capacity while implementing the
plan. Opportunities could be a public after school workshop for parents/guardians, a video shared out to colleagues and the public on different applications being used in the classroom, and ongoing learning workshops during the school year for staff.
4. What outcomes might you focus on to provide input/feedback for your plan? Also, consider the digital divide research you have engaged in earlier this semester.
Possible outcomes to focus on to provide input for the plan would be how proficient parents, staff, and the community feel in regards to accessing and using the applications or technology outside of the classroom. Can create a live document of needs the community feels would better equipment them in the ongoing digital world.
5. Choose a model for change from the readings that resonates with you and briefly discuss application of this model to your community.
From the models for change presented, the one I am familiar with and feel is straightforward and easy to implement would be the Triple E Framework. The model helps to ease the transition of the integration plan with the students, staff and community.
